![]() Torin Ellis Star performers will agree that it’s impossible to ignore the bold and present struggle of striking a moving target -- referred to as a goal, objective or mission. Not to mention the target is often attached to your immediate and long-term evaluation -- evaluations like the comma’s hitting your nine digit routing number, or the set of papers that allow you to reach the next rung on the invisible ladder. This is when clarity, connection and managing your actions are important. Sydnie had all three. Looking up to her father she said, “Why didn’t they keep them when they took the picture?” Star performers are accustomed to positioning their victory in visualization. The reward starts in their mind and is normally transferred to paper. The image serves as the fuel when the going seems to be gone. The image keeps them tied to the activity that brings about results. No surprise. Drive... (no) walk a neighborhood you wish to live in. Take it all in. Visit a dealership or perhaps a marina. Talk with an agent about new office space. Be bold - pursue what is yours. It’s Monday - Visualize - let’s keep it moving!
