I had a conversation a few weeks back and a statement was made in reference to my seemingly bottomless commitment to giving back.  My response:

"It’s amazing (to me) how anyone making over $50k per year does not give back in some way.  There are very few acceptable reasons why more are not enlisted in a campaign of giving back.  Giving back is not difficult; it takes a desire to be unselfish.  Far too many ignore that.  Instead they blame the manmade version of time.”

Unselfishly consider four (of the MANY) never heard of before organizations.  Rarely in the news yet are always doing great work.  Led by individuals that are not focused on being in VIP and can always be found amongst the common.

In this Season of giving, I’m asking you to send a $5/10 tax-deductible donation to each organization.  Like their mission – send more.  They’ll send you a receipt.  Your heart will send another.  Its Monday — a little does a lot — let’s keep it moving for:
• Power Excel ( http://www.powerexcel.org )
• Urban Ed ( http://www.urbaned.org )
• Community Law in Action ( http://www.communitylawinaction.org )
• PRAISE Academy ( http://urbanleadershipinstitute.com/prdonation.htm )

Torin Ellis is the founder of Monday Mover and Second Motive. Both organizations focus on the aggressive growth of professionals that want to be more, do more and give more. With an unshakeable focus on the elevation of who we are, Torin delivers thought provoking motivation via the Monday Mover newsletter and Monday Mover Radio. His staffing company delivers high paying employment ripe with promise with a focus on Sales and Sales Management. Do the right thing...sign up for the newsletter at mondaymover.com and encourage another to do the same.

Beautiful outreach in sharing and caring, good brother . . .

I'm asking all of us to be "Purpose Providers" to empower our youth and, as dramatic as it may sound, save our race . . .

One in unity and all the blessed . . .
