We are a Property Management Co., located in Charlotte, NC. We build and manage affordable housing complexes for the elderly. We currently operate in 3 states, VA, SC & NC, and have projects underway in NY, TX and KY. We recieve funding directly from the Housing Urban Development(HUD), to provide a much needed service to our elderly community. Our team consist of consultants, property managers, builders and accountants. We are the most progressive minority property management in NC and we are gaining market share in several other states. We are truly a company on the move.
