We have all heard about the disappearance and presumed death of Natalee Holloway even now almost a year later we stll hear about it but how many have heard of the case of Phylicia Moore who died in February while on a school trip to Ghana? Her parents want Ghana to let the FBI to investigate the case because they believe foul play was involved in her death.
