This one is from the "I ain't making this @#$% up" file. A child in Columbus Ohio was kidnapped by a neighbor who claims they took the child to teach the child's parents a lesson. That lesson being to watch their child more closely. This neighbor actually helped in the search from the child. Thank God the police found the child alive in the neighbors closet.
