It's unfortunate how far Kwame Kilpatrick has fallen. What did he to do to justify him being in office in the first place? Has these kind of actions always been typical of his character or did the power, prestige and temptations that come with a high ranking political office corrupt him? I'm just interested in learning more about his background.
