Noose hung at University of Maryland

University police at the University of Maryland are investigating the hanging of a noose outside an African American cultural center and are deciding whether or not it is a hate crime. Gee you think if there were a swastika painted on the wall of a Jewish Cultural Center that there would be any questions about it being a hate crime or not?
