What is Faith?  Steadfast Determination

To my understanding the Book of Hebrews was written to the Jews who had accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Yeshua is the Hebrew name for Jesus to my understanding.

 Verse 22 - Jesus Christ, Offices of Christ, Our Priest.  Duties to God, Prayer, Conditions of Acceptable Prayer, In Faith.

Verse 23 - Man Redeemed, Duties and Graces of The New Life, Steadfastness.

Verse 30 - God, Taking

Pray with Humility:

If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin.  (II Chronicles 7:14 NIV)

Seek God's guidance in prayer at all of life's crossroads.

Many people become discouraged or frustrated when God seemingly does not answer their prayers.  But sometimes God's answer is actually "No" or "Not yet."  Even Paul, one of the most influential believers of all time, did not receive the answer he wanted.

How come politics never changes?  The vast majority of Americans believe that the rich don't pay enough taxes and that corporations are seizing too much financial and political power in America.  Most Americans also believe that oil companies should not get tax breaks, everyone has the right to vote and women have the right to choose what they do with their bodies.  The masses know that it is wrong for 2% of Americans to control 40% of the wealth in America.
