Posted by Mark Finley in Untagged

It was of no surprise to me and many others of the outcome of this election as I regrettably called this victory to the -T- the moment Rahm announced his campaign to run for the city's highest office and again in pat 1 of this article I wrote just over one week ago- despite his

Why Do Smart, Good Women Fall for Bad Men
by VegasClarke

We see it all around us...every day, a sweet wholesome woman on the arm of some arrogant, cocky guy who thinks he's the king of every castle. He's not that cute, and doesn't seem to give a damn about anyone but himself. Why is she with him? Please tell me. Somebody?? Anybody??

Bad men or should I say, bad boys.... know just what to do to hook the ladies. They look for women who like their mess. That's right. They wouldn't be able to pull off half of the antics they do if they weren't allowed to do so. Bad boys are confident and they

Men Are Abused Too by Carla S. Pennington
Author of The Available Wife

When people discuss domestic abuse, they automatically think and assume that a woman is being physically abused by a man. This is not always the case. Domestic abuse has different forms: physical, emotional, mental and sexual. In relationships and marriages, not only are women abused but men are as well. Although it is a current problem, it is a hidden crime.

There are many reasons why domestic abuse against men is unrecognized. It is hard to get reliable estimates. Not enough is being done to encourage men to report abuse.

Have You Ever Been Played or Betrayed?
by VegasClarke

Most folk have felt that deep, wounding feeling of betrayal at one point in their lives. It's the kind of hurt that keeps you up at night, the kind that makes fury rise up in your stomach, and the kind that makes every word escape from your mouth in the nastiest tone possible. Generally, you ask yourself, "Why? I can't believe they would do that to me...not him...not her...we were so close.

Oddly, every betrayal begins with trust; sometimes a lover, sometimes a family member, but most times a friend. Someone once said, "A true friend is the

Rules for One Night Stands
by Kendall Banks

So you're at a social event such as a office party, bar, restaurant, or night on the town with the girls, and you meet that guy who sends chills through your spine.  He's sexy, good-looking, and has the ultimate swagger. Every woman in the room notices him, but he has his heart set on you.  What do you do next?  You both play games with your eyes for moments until one of you get up the nerve to start the conversation.  Before you know it, you're giggling, and he's laying all his game on the table, until

Online Article Writing: Why Are Traditional Journalists so Upset?

Anybody with a computer and internet connection can write online articles and become a' journalist.'  You can be an independent media source without anyone's permission. It's a tradition that mirrors the early days of African American newspapers when writers could not depend on mainstream media to tell the whole story.

In some cases, you can earn money from your writing. That income may never reach the big bucks level, but income possibilities are there. It's a new opportunity for so many people to be heard. Why does this new
