Some years ago, the Songstress Carly Simon, had a hit tune called Anticipation, which spoke to the anxiety of waiting for a cherished event or moment, to happen at anytime but without the certainty of knowing exactly when. While I was in the Navy, I learned the term ‘antsy’ and discovered in comparison, it means the same as Anticipation. In business, I am sure you will agree when I say, there are multitudinous instances of anticipation, and if you are an online business, that number is even higher. Closing deals, getting contracts, acquiring new leads or just plain making sales, or

Love and adoration for Sarah Palin is in no short supply around conservative America. People are waiting in lines for hours for her autograph or just the opportunity to breathe the same air that she does. Shaquille O'Neal pulled out his wallet last week and donated money to a family he didn't know. He paid for the funeral of five-year-old Shaniya Davis who was buried last week after being raped and murdered by a man who was settling a debt owed by the girl's mother. Shaq quietly paid for little Shaniya's funeral. I am not a fan of most athletes because I, personally, think many of them are selfish and ignorant. How many times have you seen a commercial showing an athlete reading to children or helping out in a community during the hoidays? These public service announcements are always tagged

For the past couple of weeks, the media and retailers have been promoting "Black Friday." This is the day after Thanksgiving when stores supposedly slash their prices to give customers great deals leading into Christmas. What I find interesting is that the word "black" is used.
