Is obesity encouraged among black women?Posted by gcuse03champs in Untagged |
I think this is a very interesting topic as I think many no longer know the difference between "thick" and fat and this is leading to many health problems among black women. According to the interview over 50% of black women are overweight which if true is scary. We have all heard the phrases "Only a dog likes a bone" and "More cushin for the pushin' " which do seem to encourage women to gain weight. Genarlow Wilson's 10 year sentence thrown outPosted by gcuse03champs in Untagged |
Finally some judge in Georgia has finally used some common sense and thrown out the 10 year sentence of Genarlow Wilson who was convicted for having sex with a 15 year old while he was 17. The judge has decided that punishment has been served but a jerk of a prosecutor is doing everything possible to have Genarlow do his entire sentence. Read more by clicking the link below:

Months after Bruce Gordon's resignation it seems the NAACP is not in sound financial footing as it will be laying off workers many of whom monitor civil rights violations.
