Values set Baltimore school apart
A school in Baltimore Maryland in conjunction with a local college have come up with a plan to help inner city students and schools. They don't need vouchers or boarding schools, military-style discipline, 12-hour school days, laptop computers or personalized online coursework. They don't need magnet schools, and they don't need to rub elbows with high-achieving suburban kids.
