Williams Was Stripped Of Her Crown 10 Months Later, After Nude Photos Of Her Appeared In Penthouse Magazine. And As Fate Would Have It, Suzette Charles Became America's Second Black Miss America, In Less Than A Year.

Philly seeks 10,000 black men to patrol streets

Philadelphia police chief Sylvester Johnson in a desperate move to stem violent crime has asked for 10,000 black men to volunteer to help patrol the cities streets.
