Noose hung at University of Maryland

University police at the University of Maryland are investigating the hanging of a noose outside an African American cultural center and are deciding whether or not it is a hate crime. Gee you think if there were a swastika painted on the wall of a Jewish Cultural Center that there would be any questions about it being a hate crime or not? James Meredith:

On September 10, 1962, The U.S. Supreme Court Ordered The University Of Mississippi To Admit James. H. Merideth, A 29 Year-Old, Black, Air Force Veteran.

After Graduating High School, Meredith Enlisted In The Air Force. He Served From 1951 to 1960.

He Returned To Mississippi And Enrolled At Jackson State University For Two Years.

When He First Applied For Admission To The University Of Mississippi, His Application Stayed On File For 14 Months, Before The U.S. Supreme Court Ordered The School To Admit Him.

Kakakiki KombBrush The Issue of Nappy or Bad Hair Did you ever think about where the term bad, nappy hair comes from and why it has been applied to our hair more than others? You remember statements that people made like “that nappy head boy or girl”, “you sure have bad hair”. You know there was no bad hair before the American slave system was created. I don’t think we were allowed to bring any hair grooming tools with us on the slave system ships. Status on Assisted Living and Concrete in Arizona

Black girl arrested for messing up McDonalds order

This is from the "you can't make this !@#$ up file" In one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard an African American girl working at McDonalds was arrested by a police officer in Union City, Georgia because she accidentally over salted his hamburger.
