Being Self Employed – Initial 5 Pre-Launch Steps The Absolute Fundamentals In a previous article, Affiliate Marketing: What It Is and How It Works, three questions were posed to ascertain readiness to launch an online Affiliate Marketing Business. Now, after quite a bit of feedback which included some very basic questions regarding becoming an entrepreneur in general, it's time to take a back step and clarify the need to do a serious in depth assessment of self-employment readiness. First one must truly be ready to work and put in long hours to prepare themselves for the discipline required to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Working from home or even a small office can generate more stress than going to an established business that simply demands you 'clock' in and perform specific tasks for an 8 to 10 hour shift! Of course there will be many sacrifices made initially involving time dedicated to becoming expert at providing your own [or others'] goods or your services in a professional manner. Being an employee for a thriving business, even at the management level, doesn't necessarily equate to being a creator of a thriving business. The Small Business Administration offers excellent free guidelines, assessment tools and other information to assist would be home or small business owners in building a solid foundation for the success of their ventures. There are necessary steps to take before even deciding that self-employment will 'work' for you. I call these the

Let me share with you something that will hit home for all people that feel that they are in bondage to other people: They can't help you!!! Why? Every person of the world is out for self. They are looking out for them and them only. They will put down your very being to make themselves feel good! (how selfish is that??) You will notice, on most social and business networks, 85% of them are promoting their businesses and what it can offer you. They are not trying to find ways to help you grow in the capacity of where you are NOW, they are trying to get YOU to help THEM grow in the capacity THEY are NOW! Look at all of your networks and start eliminating the ones that aren't helping you network effectively. The other side of this is, the devil is out there to make sure you don't make it (unless he is your god and he's blessing you anyway). Whether it is in business or in life, the devil would rather see you give up and suffocate yourself in your own guilt. see
( I orginally posted this on my blog under a different title. I'm referring to your children. You may not be their hero and they do not want to go into business for themselves. Don't force it. In this current age, children have to be able to use their own minds and be creative from their own hearts. Do not force a child to be your protege'; it won't happen. With summer approaching, whether you have a teenager or college student, help them develop a creative edge and mind. What I mean is, ask them what they want; do not dictate to them the life you WISH YOU had. Our children are our motivation. We can pray that they go further in life than we have or just pray they have a life. Parents make the mistake of thinking their children will go down the same road they did. They always assume that their child is an exact product of them. WRONG Parents should recognize that they have raised them the best way they can and have nurtured them in the rights and the wrongs (hopefully biblically, too). If a young adult (18 and over) makes some wrong choices, parents can not re-raise them. It just won't happen. So don't pass it on; your life, your history, your business, your problems, etc. Don't pass it on to the minds of your children. Negativity is death to the mind, heart and soul. Help them use their creativity to build something they want. Support them in the middle of their circumstances and in the middle of all of that...lovingly share LIFE. Share life....if they don't want the life

Well I have ran across a site that seems to be to true to be for real but I am always curious to see what an opportunity may offer. And it does not cost a dime actual it offers to pay you just by spreading the word signup is free.
They say curiosity killed the cat well if this one kills me then at least I will die happy... Let me know what you think by leaving me comments..

I recently read an article facilitated by The Ohio State University’s Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity. titled, Whites Underestimate the Cost of Being Black. The basic observation of the research by Phil Mazzocco is “While there has been progress in making racial conditions in American more equal, there's clearly a lot more work to be done,” he said. “Blacks and whites are not experiencing the same America.” As we approach this Independence Day, I began to ponder the “cost of being Black.” Independence has a very different meaning for African Americans, and that leaves many of us ambivalent as we watch the fireworks and hear the marching bands and see the parades celebrating our nation’s independence. Freedom for Black Americans came more than 100 years after the Declaration of Independence, and still is characterized by huge gaps in the fruits of independence. As we look back on our own independence, and evaluate our progress, we are not far removed from the indignities observed by Frederick Douglass , in his Independence Day Speech on the fourth of July, 1852. At that point in the history of our nation – he made this observation: “At a time like this, scorching irony, not convincing argument, is needed. Oh! had I the ability, and could I reach the nation's ear, I would today pour out a fiery stream of biting ridicule, blasting reproach, withering sarcasm, and stern rebuke. For it is not light that is needed, but fire; it is not the gentle
