| How do I open a Store? |
To create a Store at iZania Market, follow these steps:
- Login to your iZania Market account
- Click the Store button in your Members Area
- Complete the Store Setup Page options listed below:
- Enable Store - select “Yes” to activate your Store
- Choose Account Type - iZania Market Stores are FREE. No recurring charges!
Choose Account type: FREE Store - iZania Market Stores are FREE. (Stores that do not have any current listings may be disabled.)
- Store URL - click “Create Store URL” to create your Store’s own unique URL in the form of “http://www.izaniamarket/shops/YourUsername”
- Store Name - the Store name will be listed in the Stores Directory
- Store Description - enter a description for your Store. This description will be displayed on the page dedicated to your Store. Without any knowledge of HTML, you can use the convenient Toolbar to edit the appearance of your page, similar to as you would edit a document. You can even insert tables, hyperlinks and images. If you are familiar with HTML, you can also click “<>” on the Toolbar (right furthermost button) to edit the HTML code directly.
- Upload Store Logo - click “Browse” to locate an image on your local computer to assign as your Store Logo. Your Store Logo appears in the Stores Directory and at the top of your Store page.
- Store Categories - select which categories you want to list your Store items in. Press and hold the CTRL keyboard key while clicking to select multiple categories.
- Click “Save Settings” to save your settings.

| How do I close my Store? |
To disable your Store at iZania Market, follow these steps:
- Login to your iZania Market account
- Click the Store button in your Members Area
- On the Store Setup Page, set Enable Store to “No”.
- Click “Save Settings” on the bottom of the form to save your settings.

| Can I place links to my website and contact information on my iZania Market Store page? |
You are prohibited from linking to websites outside of iZania Market that offer goods or services for sale or trade. However, if your website does not break this condition, you can link to it.
You may not place email addresses, addresses, or phone numbers on your iZania Market Store page. iZania Market has a built-in messaging system found within each listing -- ASK SELLER A QUESTION. This is the preferred safe way for Buyers to contact Sellers.
Stores that violate this policy will be edited and/or disabled.
The reason for this policy is Stores are to be used to help Sellers market their products at iZania Market, and not for business advertisements. iZania Market is designed to be a place where you can affordably sell products online and our Free Standard Listings and Store options help support this goal. We have other marketing resources available if your interest is in affordable business advertising. |
