One of the best FREE sources of information is SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business. You will find sample business plans, templates, and other useful resources at this website.
As a retired executive, I will soon be joining the local chapter of SCORE (Service Corp Of Retired Executives). There is a wealth of information on their website, and you can also get free personal counseling if there is a chapter near you.
