Why does it seem that African-Americans are the most devalued and unappreciated race among all people? Even by Africans, yet all races have benifted from our contributions to America as well as other parts of the world. Our ancestors have paved the way for them to enjoy the freedom that we are entitled to. Why is there such a diconnect between modern day African- Americans, when we know that we need each other because no one else will uplift us?

I don't know why it may seem that way to you. I'm black and I don't feel that way.
