![]() Torin Ellis Keep them open - simultaneously look both ways: at your company - at your productivity. In ancient Roman art or high-school Latin one with this talent was named Janus. This is definitely the time to determine how solvent your organization is and what they are looking to accomplish over the next 18 months. Reasonable time line all things considered. This will give you a great thumb print of how you should look on paper. Are you driving profitable revenue or might you need to transition your efforts? Closing deals is great! Are they of the right product/service mix is the question? Not in sales...no problem. You'd be well served to determine your thumb print. Fast and with even greater focus. Do so... before the lights go out. Just a thought. Here's what I do know: It’s Monday — let's keep it moving!
