Wow it is like if we do not talk about it then it does not exist. That proverbial foot on the neck is still there to a very big degree and has been covered up to look like it is not. However, that is not our biggest problem, our biggest problem is the lack of Unity in Our Community. That is what is keeping us from reaching the place we need to go. That is the reason the problems that plague us can still happen. I would post my thread here from Fed Up Can\'t Take it any more, but it would just be too long.
