Arthur Takeall (Ret.) USAF, is an International Motivational Speaker, Professional Ventriloquist, and Law Enforcement Consultant. In the early 80's, Takeall and his wooden partner Scooter introduced ventriloquism as a serious, educational, Crime Prevention Tool, and were later recruted as National        Spokesman for the "Say No To Drugs Project".  Arthur and Scooter are featured speakers in public and private forums, at various institutions of higher learning. The team lend expert voices in serious panel discussions of Drug Abuse, HIV-Aids Awareness, Gang Violence, and other life-threatening issues. 

Arthur and Scooter are former Goodwill Ambassadors of the 1984 World Exposition, New Orleans, La., and honored with three Presidential Citations, served as National Spokesmen for the Department of Labor, Job Corps. Holding other outstanding positions resulted in the team visiting every state in the US, in addition to 38 countries world-wide.

Takeall, a 3rd Degree, Black-Belt, Martial Arts Enthusiast, is a former Student, Music Director and Staff-Radio Announcer, for "The Godfather of Soul", singer James Brown, at Radio Station WJBE-AM, Knoxville, Tennessee.
Arthur served as an announcer in prime time broadcasting slots at WLOK-AM, Memphis, Tenn., WBOK-AM, New Orleans, La., WXOK-AM, Baton Rouge, La., WSID-AM, Baltimore, Md, WWWS-FM, Saginaw, Mich., KIXY-FM San Angelo, Texas, KAPE-AM, San Antonio, Texas, WBUL-AM, Birmingham, Al., KALO-AM, Little Rock, Ark., and KVOV-AM, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Radio-Television Personality, Arthur Takeall is a three (3) time, Billboard Magazine, Radio Personality of  The Year, and songwriter of the award-winning, "You Got The Right One Baby, Uh-Huh", signature song of Ray Charles, for Diet-Pepsi.

The song "YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE BABY, UH-HUH", first featured at Super Bowl XIV, where the song created world-wide recognition for Ray Charles, as an audio-visual music commerical, opening the doors  for African-American entertainers, to move from entertainment to be featured in mainstream advertisement.

YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE BABY, UH-HUH™ won many advertisement awards, including Advertisement Age Magazine's, Advertisement of the Year 1991-92, and several Clio Awards. Another award, not to be dismissed was the win of ASCAP's Film and Television Music Award, for its visuals in the movie
"Rookie of The Year" (1993) as most performed Theme. The catchy, memorable, YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE BABY, UH-HUH™, was inducted into The Advertisement Hall of Fame, as "Greatest Advertisement Campaign Song of the 20th Century".

"YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE BABY, UH-HUH" is sampled by many entertainers, not limited to, but including Oscar-Grammy, award winning artist "Prince", who creatively recorded his interpetation, selling the song  as a download ringtone, on the internet, for cell phones.
