LaTara Ham-Ying emphasizes making proactive choices in everyday
life with approaches that are simple and less time consuming . By her
family and friends, LaTara is considered the natural health “guru”; but
LaTara says she is simply a woman on a mission for proactive change.
She is continually looking for beneficial ways to use herbs, common
household products, and essential oils for a clean safe home and body.
You can normally find her in the kitchen whipping up new recipes for
anything from eating to caring for home and body.
It is LaTara’s desire and goal to get and stay healthy and bring
others along with her. She often says that she is a not doctor. She is
a concerned mom wanting the best for her family and home. On occasion
LaTara and her husband, Rupert, are asked to cater for vegan events and
to show others how to cook the great meals they prepare. She also
creates body recipes, tinctures, and other healthy items for a healthy
and happy home that she share with others.
LaTara is coach, podcaster, writer, entrepreneur, has been into
natural health for over 10 years, and started following a Vegan Diet
when she got married. As a part of her service to others, she writes
for Hope For Women Magazine and is the Natural Living Coach for the Pink Collar Club.LaTara
has been married to Rupert for 5 years. They have a combined total of
six children ages 25-4 and five grandchildren ages 11-1. She
homeschools two of her boys, ages 15 and 4. They find their home in
Chicago, IL where there are basically two seasons - summer and winter -
and the landscaping is just gorgeous.
