Motivation, inspiration and the power of mind thought are my main focus in generating the kind of life I desire. I aim to move in directions of holistic and natural healing techniques such as Reiki, Flexology, Massage therapy and Chakra Healing. I also have an interest in natural herbs and tea tonics as natures health remedies for life. I travel this life’s journey one step at a time.
