Productive professional...defined!

In case you were wondering, the definition of success [according to Matthew Best] is "the continuous achievement of predetermined goals, stabilized by balance, and purified by belief." Attorney, clinician, debt collector, educator, engineer, manufacturer, politician, preacher, transportation specialist or TSA rep - all desire success. I hope.

Success demands productivity. Nothing I share should be taken as an absolute, but consider this: Productive employees/entrepreneurs have at least three characteristics: 1) a need to excel, 2) willing to invest in the process and 3) make repeat efforts until they get it right. And yes, they tend to be impatient!

Avoid those that are the exact opposite. Look within your environment - determine who's on track. Side with them - tackle tasks [if possible] together. As resources, consider them as you move towards progress... towards promise... towards promotion. Or let them consider you. Here's what I do know: It’s Monday — let's keep it moving!
