A word of caution, be very careful with the word ‘Free’. To most folks free means no value. Yes that is right, no value at all. How many times have you seen or heard, free trial offer, free consultation, free gift just for trying? Free gift when you apply for credit. Too many times I’m certain. When you use free in your marketing materials, potential customers do not associate value in what you are offering.

Folks let me tell you this in plain and simple terms. Stop using free. It means absolutely nothing to a potential customer. Ignore what you have been told by other marketing professionals. There is no correct way to use free that will yield results when you have not established trust. The only time free should be used, is with a current customer, then and only then does free have value. That is all!
